Terrible attitude & disrespecful responses

I Did an online upgrade with Vodacom on 27/07/ 2013. 30/07 I recieved the hand set and called Vodacom to activate the micro sim since I was using an old sim. The consultant that I spoke to on indicated that I needed to do a swim swap and then I asked if i was not going to loose my airtime of (R1000) the lady said NO. The next day the sim swap was done and I lost my airtime of R800 . I called Vodacom 082111 spoke to Team Leader Maria who was RUDE, UNHELPFUL and Arrogant. She told me she was not going to credit me my airtime and suggested I should take itemised billing. On top of lossing my R800 I must add a service to assess where my airtime went. I had to indicate to her that the whole thing was misrepresented because had I known that I would loose my R800 of airtime I would not have proceeded with this contract. I told her to go listed to recordings and come back to me I am still waiting. It really doesnt make business sense why Vodacom would rather loose R399 * 24 months contract than to pay me back my airtime which they confirmed will not be forfeited. I want my airtime, I have asked for contract cancellation and await yet more cxharges which ill refer to NCC Enough
