I ordered a Huawei 6GIG Telkom mobile deal, the deal was going for R269 monthly. The device was ordered online and delivered to my office.
Within 7 days of having taken the deal I returned it to the Cresta Branch of Telkom Mobile, as I found a cheaper deal with AfriHost & the Customer Protection Act allows this, and got given a case number and told I would be called if there were any problems with the return.
I left the device on the day at the Cresta store and have had no communication with Telkom Mobile since.
Today I have been debited R486.27 by Telkom Mobile, for a device I returned to them within the allowable period.
