Telkom Mobile / Live Telecoms data contract

I subscribed to a new data contract for an LTE wifi router on Telkom Mobile, via Live Telecoms.
Delivery of device was done as scheduled on Thu 31Oct. I supplied RICA doc's as requested and the courier left. 7days later, after various calls, promises of call-backs, and promises of "we have everything and it will be connected today", the courier called and said they forgot to have me sign the contract! They returned only on Tue 12th November (12days after initial delivery).
Like the first time I was assured connection is within 24hours. Today 15th, another 72hours later, after more promises of "it will be connected" and I will be called back "yesterday", still nothing! Not connected. No call-backs! The deal had a 14day return policy from date of delivery and now this also has passed, and I haven't even been able to test the device and signal strength in my area! I commented on the contract and on the phone I expect a new 14day test period (at least form the 12th Nov), without comment or feedback.
I just want the sim activated and the device working! I want the deal but if the service starts out like this, it makes you wonder why you are doing business with them in the first place!
