I made contact through Telkom Mobile website in search for an electronic device i.e. a cellular phone, in this regard I identified the Samsung 4 as the device of my choice and followed the process outline on the website, it was not 30 minutes when a lady called Anita Dlamini made contact which resulted in conclusion of telephone sale of the cellular phone with my specific description above. During the telephone conversation she referred to an amount of R 369.00 which is to be debited to my bank account as provided by myself.

On 10 October 2013 a debit of R369 went through my FNB Acc with description: TELKOM8TA DLA20131004002131010, to this date am yet to hear from Telkom Mobile or receive the device as agreed.

On the 17 October I contacted Telkom Mobile on 081 081 customer care, after a short communication with 3 call centre agents I got to a lady by the name of Zintle who attempted to put me through to people who were support to assist me with cancellation.
