Let Down once again by Telkom Mobile/8ta

Well, after a long struggle, and having to deal with really incompetent personnel at Telkom Mobile and *ta, I finally received my data device. I tried for 65 minutes to connect the dongle to my router and laptop and in the process spoke to 8 different personnel from Telkom Mobile and each one had their opinion about the problem until finally, the last consultant indicated that the sim card takes between 24-48 hours to be activated. I was never once told about this.
I strongly do not recommend anyone making use of Telkom Mobile/8ta. Yes they are a little cheaper that theirs competitors but for everything that I have been put through, no amount of money would be able to compensate me.

If I have to rate the services from Telkom Mobile/8Ta out of 10, a definite -2
