I have launch a case with 8ta on the 15-08-2013, Thursday.

Request: to have secondary device linked to my account via its MAC address.
Reason: In order to access Telkom Mobile Wifi via secondary device.

I need an update on this because I have been waiting since then, and the turn around for this is 72 hours.
