Telkom mobile refuses to exchange my Phone

I entered in to a contract with Telkom Mobile on the 27th of August 2013 under my business name. The contract is on an unlimited deal that comes with a Samsung S4 device, I have realized that the device camera is not working, so i took the device to Telkom store in centurion mall, and to my surprise I'm told it cannot be exchange for a new one, then i asked if they loan me a phone while they were repairing mine. i was told that was not possible and that i did not have a leg to stand on, furthermore that my consumer rights were not valid.

I have also realized that my contract was in my personal name and not under my business name as i indicated on application which i have proof.

I would like Telkom mobile to replace the device as it is only 3 months into the contract.
