Vodacom still debiting my account

13 July 2013, I migrated to Cell C and took my Vodacom number with. I performed the correct procedures at Cavendish Vodacom, went there, cancelled the contract (to find out that the package did not exist anymore which they never informed me about!!). Alls well. Then, got a phone call from telesales lady (Vodacom) a few days ago (21 - 24 Oct) saying I am such a good customer and they want to offer me stuff. I informed the lady nicely that I am with Cell C for the past 3 months. "O", she said, "but you are still being billed". And, yes, Vodacom, you are still billing me! Checked my statements today, almost R700 for the three months. THIS IS!!! I DID cancel the contract and followed the correct procedures (I have proof). I am pretty sure I am not the only one! Awaiting your response!
