2 weeks back I took my phone Blackberry 9320 to Vodacom Benoni Lakeside for a repair.
The phone is still under warranty as I took my contract in January this year. It had a software problem and the track pad was also faulty.
They called a week after saying the phone is fixed, work done to the phone was software upgrade and they had changed the face of the phone.
2 days after collecting the phone the track pad stopped working. I took it back and they now tell me that the Phone is liquid damaged and the warranty will not cover and I must pay for the repair.
If my phone was liquid damaged why was that not picked on the first time when I handed it for repair?
And why liquid damaged after they opened and changed the face of the phone?
I am really with Vodacom Benoni Lakeside!!!
