My son's Blackberry 9320 did not want to charge so I took it in to Lakeside mall Vodacom for a quote on repairs I waited a month only to be told that the phone was uneconomical to repair and that the board was damaged. I found a little cell phone repair shop in Benoni and ask the gentleman to see if any repairs could be done. Guess what, at R180.00 later my son has his phone back with no board damage or charging problems. Why does Vodacom do this? Not everybody has the funds to buy a new phone when obviously it was only a small problem.
