I Teboho Chabedi logged a complaint with hellopeter regarng vodacom on the 14/03/2013 and vodacom did respond to my complaint on the 18/03/2013 after requesting IMEI and Job number on the 15/03/2013 and did send them to Lomarie van Dyk for her attention and the message that was send to me by vodacom was that on the 18/03/2013.:
Dear Mr Chabedi
I have brought your comment logged to the attention of our Vodacom Repairs Head Office for assistance.
As soon as further information is available, I will update you.

Now is the 25/03/2013 and the is no response and I still have my phone with me AND IS NOT WORKING STILL and i need clearity on what must i do with this phone and may they please not give me another 9300 blackerry cause this phones has problems and I am afraid if they give me another 9300 blackberry and it breaks will follow the same process of sending it to the repairs and if not fixed they give you another 9300 blackberry of which is an ongoing process without solution and my warranty will end and end up paying for repairs for phones that has problem with the track pad. This matter is urgent cause i have no phone and they have my R2000.
