I've cancelled my Nashua Mobile account in June of 2012. For three months after that I got statement showing that money was still deducted. It turns out that when you cancel your contract, all the value added services that they sell you have to be cancelled separately as they for some obscene reason feel that you can still use pay for their services even though you are no longer an account holder with them and have no reason what so ever to do business with them.

I finally got that mess resolved when I got in contact with a very helpful, Bjorn Gerbert. He assisted me and got my money refunded that was deducted. For the next three months all was well till 1st week of January 2013 when I saw a R10 debit from Nashua Mobile. Didn't think much of it but yet again this month (1st Feb) another debit order for R10 went off my account.

I ask you with tears in my eyes to please refund my money and remove my banking details from you system. I will take this further if no action is taken to stop this malpractice.
