We made the HUGE mistake to take out contracts four our kids! 1) We had debit orders. Virgen phoned us every month after the 7Th to say that we are over due! umm it went off our account! 2) we canceld the contract in june (the one) thy had problems to stop it 3) we canceld the 2nd one in Jan. phone got cut off BUT since then thy deducted R250 (march again as inFEB and JAN) i dont know what to do anymore!!! i am febup when you phone them thy just dont respond! this is now R750 that we do not have, that virgen just took!!! PLEASE HELP
