I am a business owner with 10 lines at Nashua mobile with an average account of R8000, 00 per month, . I did my Rica about. 2 years ago. I still cannot acces 258 to find out what my balances are.(the message I receive is that I have not Rica'd) Katinka at Nashua Kroonstad informs me that my cellphone has to be Deactivated and possibly be off for a couple of days to rectify this. This is unacceptable as I run my business from my cellphone.my problem is with MTN not Nashua. I have to phone Nashua Kroonstad everytime i want to enquire my balance.
