Short term Insurance Refund of Premium

Jurgens from Auto and General phoned me for a quote on short term insurance. He informed me that my premium would be R416 pm. I told him that I am insured with Outsurance and will remain with them if they can reduce my monthly payment. It was R560 at the time. Outsurance reduced my premium to R425 and I decided to stay with them.
Jurgens told me that the monthly premium will not be deducted if I do not take my car for the inspection. I told him I will only be able to do so on 1 May when I am on holiday. He assured me that if I do not take my car, the premium will not be deducted on 1 June.
I returned from leave on 1 June and on 3 June the amount of R416 was deducted. I tried to phone Jurgens but he did not answer. I then phoned the Call Centre on 4, 10 and 19 June. On 4 June Melanie told me Jurgens did not give me the correct information but when I insist that the amount should not have been deducted she cancelled the policy and requested a refund within 48 hours. Nothing happened. On 10 June another lady told me the refund was declined but she will listenn to the conversation and get back to me. She did not. On 19 June I spoke to Shaneen, no luck. I want my R416 back
