I have just come across a debit order on my bank statement from a company called SoMusic
SoMusic MD1404353-3
I have never agreed to this or signed any debit order authorities for this amounts.
I would like to be provided with the following information from this company...
A signed application form
A signed debit order authority
A copy of my contract clearly stating what items i have insured.
Someone phoned me saying that they have a voucher for me for R100.00 a month add to my cell phone contract. NEVER did he say i need to pay for this. I spoke to Mahendram today he confirmed that the debit has been cancelled now and that he needs to go back to the call record to listen if they was in the wrong. I WANT A COPY OF THE TAPE PLEASE.
I want all my money back as i didnt agree in paying R49.00pm for a R100.00 voucher. How the will pay for a free voucher how stupid do they think people are.
I want ALL my money back for the 1st deduction!!! Will go thru my statements to make sure the right amount will be refunded.
