Unresolved account queries logged via Mtn's websit

In December 2012 I went to Namibia on holiday and took my cell phone with me. I was able to use the BBM facility throughout my holiday. I then received an account for R1, 555.04 for January 2013 and R4, 459.58 for February 2013. In January 2013 I tried to sort out my account. In February 2013 I lodged an account query, after 3 weeks they finally came back to me and said there is nothing that they can do. I then contacted the MTN Call Centre who did not listen to my story, they simply told me that it's my account, my problem, and that I must pay for the account for the services that I requested, namely "international roaming". I know that international roaming is very expensive that is the reason why I never applied for it. Messages sent were less than 1 minute so the costs appear exhorbitant. I lodged 2 account queries on their website on 14/3/2013 (Ref 1890161) and 11/4/2013 (Ref 1999415) with no response. I faxed Sheldon Watson at MTN Head Office (0866190319) on 16/10/2013 again with no response. I am n ow at my wits end. Please can you help me.
