MTN's Bad Customer Relationship

Since October I have tried obtain details of my Packet Switched data from MTN (especially for the months that they spiked unreasonably;i.e. Oct 2012, Feb 2013) and just about on every occasion MTN closed the queries without responding to them. They are listed as copied from their website as follows:

The following is an extract from my latest query: " I have requested details of my PS data over a week ago in respect of my account billed up to 20 February 2013 of R1530 (query 97431461) to date another R298 has been added in packet switched data costs as per my unbilled account to date. I require details of this amount as well as I suspect that my account is being billed with services/content that I have not subscribed to.
