EXCESSIVE ACCOUNT

With shock I discovered that I was billed for roaming calls (data) from 22 March 2013 to 26 March 2013 in an amount of R8 533-12 on my MTN account while I was on holiday in Lesotho. I lodged a query with MTN on 8 May 2013 and received a reference number, 99807254, with a promise to receive feedback within 8 to 10 days. Several further enquiries were sent to MTN but to date hereof I have not heard from them. I personally suspended my MTN phone number as I was scared that I might receive a further excessive account. After this account came to my attention I paid an amount of R10 000 to MTN but it appears that they do not care for customer service.
