Cell C
Cell C's "system" deciding on my credit limit

I have a dispute with Cell C. I went overseas on the 17th of December 2012 and returned on the 3rd of January 2013; I had roaming whilst I was overseas. My reason for being upset with Cell C is because of the following;
1) I was NEVER notified about my monthly limit being R15, 000 inclusive of VAT. I am an individual using this phone; this is NOT a business phone.
2) My average usage is R1, 200 inclusive of VAT per month. I feel there should have been a "flag" on my account and I should have been notified immediately of the high usage - either that or my account should have been suspended if I could not been reached.
3) Apparently Cell C tried to contact me on the 28th of December 2012, but my cell was switched off. Why did they contact me then only; my account was on R8, 049 on the 26th of December 2012, again they should have disconnected my line by then.
I phoned Cell C on Friday, 1 February 2013 and was told that my contract is now on a "Cash basis". Why was I never notified of this?? I would merely expect the debit order to go off my banking account; I cannot beleive that Cell C did not even take the time to notifiy me of the change in my paying method!
