We had to go to Namibia for business. ahead of time we filled in the forms to apply for international roaming. Friday (12/04/2013) we called the local branch to confirm that the roaming has been done, and they said everything was done, and they have all the ref numbers to proof that. When we got to Namibia we had no signal. On giving them a call again, they said roaming was done only on one number.By giving them a call again, they informed us that the roaming was never done, and was only activated that day!! And there we were in Namibia, and couldn't do anything, no communication with our office in Piketberg, couldn't do any banking - Nothing.
