What rotten service!

I was retrenched in December 2012 but had this huge cell phone package with Cell-C through Autopage of R360/pm! Naturally, I wanted a more affordable contract. I submitted my migration request on 21 January 2013 at East Rand Mall, received a sms to say that it was logged. On 24 January 2013 I received another sms informing me that my request had been completed successfully (ref. # A1301215900). Lo and behold, on Friday, 1 February 2013, I discovered that my account had not been changed and R360 had been deducted from my bank account! On Monday, 4 February 2013, I sent Autopage a complaint from my account on their website. On Wednesday, 6 February 2013, I returned to the branch only to find that they have no idea why it was not done. I sent them another message on the same day, but have not received ANY response from Autopage whatsoever! I can't believe that such a huge company can treat their customers with such disrespect!! I really feel like moving to another supplier.
