Upgrade end of july, phone got stuck after 2 weeks took it back for assessment got a new phone which got stuck after 8 days took it back for assessment which this time around i spoke to the manager-Given that should it be approved after assessement i dont want the same handset, she said they were closing for renovations i must go to menlyn branch which i have been sent from pillar to post, since 25 september 2013 im paying for a phone i hardly use and menlyn branch always doesnt have a manager and brooklyn manager said there is nothing she can do and disturbing her leave.
