I renewed my mtn contract last september.the saleperson, jaco was supposed to email me a copy of my contract.he never did.from the first month there after my monthly premium that was deducted via debitorder was incorrect.i went to mtn eastrandmall in december and show them the special i signed up for.they said they will get back to me.nobody did.i went back in january and the manager said he need to ask for a copy of my contract to determine wheter the amount i signed for and the amount mnt is taking is the same.he promised to phone me back.he never did.he gave me his cellnumber to phone him, but he doesnt answer his pohone, when i eventually got hold of him last week he said he will phone me back.im still waiting.
i need this matter resolve.i want to know what i signed for and mtn needs to credit my account if the mistake is on their side.i also phoned the call centre several times but they cant help me because accordingly to their records everything is in order.
