Around July 2012 Adt Security sent a someone to my house to fix the alarm and i was charged twice for the call out fee, later in July 2012 i called Adt Security to ask them to payback the amount that was over debiting and they agreed that the founds had to be paid back and while i was talk to the person from Adt i reminded them that i was waiting for the copy of my contact that they said i signed for three years. After that i received an email of a contract of a Joe De Abreu and i replayed to the email saying that it was not my contact and i gave my details asking that my contract please be sent to me. after calling on a monthly to weekly base in September 2012 i called Adt again and asked to speak to a manager and a number of times they just did not take my calls. i then asked for email addresses of the person that i was taking to and a manager and stressed my problems and time went by and no reply i then called and tried again and emailed again and gave them a week to send me contract and pay back what they owed me or i was going to stop paying.
after stopping the payments Adt called me on a month to week bases asking to pay and i explained what was wrong and nothing...
