I have been dealing with Kasha - MTN Cavendish Square for over 2 months asking for a copy of the contract that I signed when I took my new phone (late last year) - I was never given a copy which I should have - now I am being charged for extra thing I was never told about. Kasha told me he would phone me when he had it - still waiting although I go into the shop every week. On one occasion Ryno Smit (who told me he was the area manager) was in the shop - he promised to sort it out and get back to me - still waiting, I even took his phone number that now appear to be switch off.
I then phone the 808 number and they got a guy called Rajesh to phone me back - he asked me to email all details to him and he would sort it out, I have now sent 4 emails - no response!
All I want is a copy of the contract I signed!!!
