I have tried on various occasions to get call netstar call centre with no success
I have held on for between 5 mins and 20 mins with no answer. Finally i got through.
My problem is they say i had signed a new contract with them in Jan 2013. I asked them to show where I had signed
A lady called Loraine called me and played the telephone conversation my wife had with them
The recoding was totally distorted
In December she promised to send me a copy of the signed contract
It is now the end of January and i tried to call again and hung on for 15 mins with out answer
