Most annoyed to be harrassed by Vodacom Sales Person for 2 weeks nagging me to upgrade, have the S3 recommended as the best phone, delivered (apparently to save you the hassle) only to realise that your SIM card does not fit into the S3???!!! When phoning to complain (2 days of holding and being shipped from pillar to post) everyone but no-one can/cannot assist!!! Finally get hold of Vodacom Direct to be told, sorry for you, get in your car, go to Vodacom and sort out a new SIM card!!! Whyyyyy is this not explained to you in the Sales pitch!!! How is this a hassle free service? Highly annoyed!!! And even more annoyed that nobody can be bothered with the inconvenience!
