In October 2011 I signed a new contract with Nashua Mobile (NM) for R50 per month for 24 months. In November 2012 NM started charging R135 per month. I stopped the debit order in March 2013 as the wrong amount is paid via debit order to NM (after which my phone was soft lock). On request of contract supporting the amount R135 per month, NM sent the following: 1) SIGNED copy of contract, R135x24months, End date 24 October 2011, 2) SIGNED copy of contract, R50x24 months, end date 24 October 2013, 3) UNSIGNED copy of contract R135x24 months, End date 24 October 2013. After numerous calls on my own cost with no response from client service, as well as numerous e-mails, NM refuses to honor the signed contract and to refund the amount overcharged. I cannot keep on paying an amount that was not agreed on a signed contract. I expect NM to refund me with the amounts they overcharged on my account and start honoring the signed contract.
