Portfolio Approval - Refference number 14821261

I was approved for a New line with the Vodacom Call Centre. Phumzile Assisted me with all efficiency. I was told I was approved on a Portfolio 400. this was awesome, as I didn't really care what category or portfolio I was labelled under. I was advised that I qualify on a Smart S Package, a Top Up 200 and a my Gig 2 Package. I then asked about the Blackberry Z10 and was told yes, the phone is available on the Smart S package. I did a bit of Homework and found out that the founds battery life isn't all that awesome and that the Blackberry Q10 is much better. I accesses the site and found the Q10 on Special on a Smart S package at R349.00, unlimited BB Texting and 1 Gig of Data free for 6months... So I want this deal. When I phoned back for almost a Week, I keep getting told I can only get the Z10 on a Smart S Package. Not the Q10. I am not approved for the "phone". My portfolio allows me for a Smart S Package why cant I select the best phone and deal available on this package.
