Overcharging my account with unwanted extras

I upgraded my account to a Vodacom Smart M package with a new Samsung S3 a few months ago. Since then I had to go into the shop at least 3 times to keep asking them to remove the extras from my account. I do not want to pay for anything else except for the Smart M package. This is getting ridiculous as I keep on getting billed for a 500sms bundle even though I have a free sms bundle on the smart m package. They even billed me for Blackberry's rim service after I got the Samsung S3!!! (Which was credited after going in twice to get it removed). Altech, is it too much to ask to just pay for the Vodacom Smart M package and nothing else?? I DID NOT ASK AND DO NOT WANT TO HAVE ANY EXTRAS!
