Wrong/confusing information when upgraded/migrated

Went to Vodaworld re upgrade. Was advised that I should upgrade to different package as I spend too much on package that I am on. I agreed. The new package will be Smart standard 229. I wanted a "No phone" deal. I was quoted R109 pm for 24 mnths. I was also to do upgrade through call centre, as I wont pay R150.I phned call centre and gave them info. Call centre agent told me it will be R109 per month for no phone deal x 24 months. She asked me if I dont want to go for higher package (Smart std deal) as that is R239 pm without phone instead of R390 pm. I said no. I contacted again later in the week and heard that I qualify for an upgrade. Spoke to numerous people and was told I was "migrated" to Smart std for R229. When I got account I saw that they never gave the package at R109, but at R229!! Went to midrand. Was told the package was discontinued. THey advised me to call the call cntre.call cntre said they cant do anything. Asked for copies of my calls. Now they can only find 1 call .the one confirming R229! Conveniently! They are still looking for my other calls! How did I know about the R109 and R239deals? Spoke to Martha, Mitchel, Seemah and others. Just want my contract at R109 deal x 24?
