Over Invoicing/Payment on My Smart XL Contract

To whom it may concern; on 2013/05/29 I requested a quotation from Vodacom to upgrade my package from a Talk 200 per second contract (R430.00 pm Vat incl) to a Smart XL contract (R699.00 pm Vat incl) as it seemed the best option for me at the time, cost and value wise - not quite so. I have made several attempts, and spoken to at least 10 Vodacom Consutlants since 2013/10/29 regarding this issue of over payment on my Smart XL Package to the tune of R149.00 pm. The amount of R430.00 included the handset where the Smart XL package at R699.00 excludes the handset and an additional amount of R149.00 is charged for the handset. Vodacom at the time stated on various platforms by the CEO (Mr. Shameel Joosub) and still do, that all Smart packages will include the Smartphone in the deal. Please refer to [URL Removed] and [URL Removed] as an example. Thus in essence I am paying for the Smart XL contract at R699.00 R149.00 = R848.00. This was never explained, and it is no where to be found in the fineprint on the quote that was accepted by me.
