We ordered an upgrade which was such a mission to get. Finally got my phone. Husband got an email to say the upgrade from my current package to the Smart M would be done from December. Today I see my old package is still on. We call centre... my husband gave the details and passed the phone to me and the lady would not talk to me. So now he gets told theres nothing about the Smart M and he needs to ask for that again. Disgusting! You Find new ways to disappoint a client everyday. Yet when he applied for new phone... he selected a new package. You people messed up again!!! The price you quoted was for the Samsung on the NEW package. Now we have to chase you and for what??? I stupidly signed up for another contract with a company who disappoints more than anything.
