Converting my phone

My phoned (Blackberry 9300). was also converted to top up 49 I could not receive or make calls for 3 days. I have phoned Vodacom and they INFORMED me that my phone was converted to a contract, without my approval. I'V been trying to get assistance from RMCS now for 4 days in a raw without any help or success This is unaccepted, I can not use the internet, I can not use BBM or what sap, not mentioning emails that I receive on my Phone how are you going to rectify this and the worse part is I'l have to wait for at least 15 minutes for a call to be picked up by a Consultant only to tell me they cant do anything about it. :( MXM
