AUTOMATICALLY CONVERTED FROM PREPAID TO CONTRACT

On Friday 25 October 2013, my phoned said SOS SIM: Not provisioned (Blackberry Bold). I could not receive or make calls for 3 days. I am currently unemployed and my phone was the only connection between myself and the recruitment agents. I have phoned Vodacom and they INFORMED me that my phone was converted to a contract, without my approval. This is unexcepted, I can not use the internet, I can not use BBM or whatsap, how are you going to rectivy this and I think if we all stand together this can/must end up in court AND THIS WAS ALL DONE WITHOUT MY WRITTEN CONSENT
