In Dec 2012; I experienced a problem with sending SMS's from my 8ta number. I've contacted 8.ta call centre and even gone to their walk-in Midrand Telkom services center several times and no one can assist with me my problem. Their technical department is not accessible by the end user but only through the call center which has not helped me up to now. I even bought a SMS bundle that is about to expire thinking that maybe I didn't have enough funds to send SMS's but clearly that was not the issue. No one seems to understand how to set up outgoing SMS's for an iPhone 3! It's almost Feb 2013 and I still have a problem and not one person can assist me in all the different people I have contacted at 8ta! This is quite shocking for such a big company to have lack of knowledge of their own product! I am appalled!!!
