It has been 1 Month now and still no progress. I have been disconnecting every 1-5 minutes for 1 month now and had a technician at my home, only for him to do, well .. NOTHING . The service people gets from telkom is shocking. I have not heard one person saying that telkom was satisfying as an ADSL provider. What does it take for someone to come to my home, identify and fix the problem? Dont tell me calling the call center because clearly that doesn't work.
