So Telkom ripped out our old party lines and replaced it with the V SAT system- only problem is that it does not work correctly. I can send mail from Outlook if I connect through Vodacom but not when connected to Telkom. So no problem- phone Telkom so that it may be fixed. But how many times in 2 weeks must one phone in order to still have no joy. Call centre just passes the buck from Vsat back to Telkom online every time. So! then I try to esculate this matter- FORGET IT- after an hour of holding on the phone just goes dead or the other big service provider Eskom comes to their rescue by cutting the power and dead goes the line. It is 2 weeks later- I get charged for this "service" that they provide it doesnt work! Technical staff all admit to a problem in the system but according to the call center nothing is wrong. I must have spend at least 3 full days on the phone already and am no futher then where I started 2 weeks ago. Worst trained staff I've ever had to deal with- the system hidden behind this joke of a call center and nothing gets done to fix this technical problem that Telkom just does not admit to. So, blocked by this F@cken wall of a call center!!! You TELKOM!!
