I have been unhappy with Nashua Mobile for the past 4 months!!!
However Julia Ann and Mpumi did some incredible work to raise my opinion of the company and assist with the issue.
Unfortunately, the problem that i contacted them about originally, re-surfaced and I spoke to a lady that wanted to know how their service was. I was fairly upbeat about the service and explained that the problem had re-occurred. The lady (I wish I could recall her name) also tried to assist and was unable to help (The problem was beyond her technical knowledge and she acknowledged that). She informed me that somebody from technical would call me that day.
It slipped my mind that somebody would call. More than a week later i get a call from some techie who made an appointment to come to my office and fix my phone AGAIN. I re-arranged my diary to ensure that I would be available yesterday at 10 am. NO SHOW. I thought that perhaps I had the time wrong.
There has not been a call explaining why there was a NO SHOW.
I STILL HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE... NOW WHAT???
