Had an issue with a telkom mobile pre-paid bundle/modem package I bought at a Telkom Mobile shop the previous day. Person at the shop took a very, very long time to arrange for the purchase and configuration. Came home, didn't work.
Phoned Telkom help-line, and was issue was actually sorted out by Jade-wynne. Imagine that - this doesn't happen often.
