I I went to vodacom Craighall where i took the contract and i am not pleased with the manner in which the manager is assisting me. I launched a complain about my contract last year in December and she promised to give me feedback but i haven't had any.
The problem is this contract i took was on a special offer in December 2010 and was available on two option a 24 month and 36 month contract. I tool the pavillion dv6 option which was available on 24 month contract. However Joanne, the lady assisting me activated the wrong contract and now it says 36 months. debit order went off in December which i am not particularly happy with.
