My contract is due for an upgrade, went onto the MTN website to pre-register for the iPhone 5s, as noted this service is available online, however it's obviously not working as made several attempts yesterday and today with no success!!!
I then resorted to contacting the 'CALL CENTRE'...to my detriment. As I was sent from pillar to post and after 15-20 minutes of which 80% of that time was spent listening to voice prompts, the call ended and still I'm left with a BIG question mark?
Can someone please advise what is a client suppose to do to get a simple request actioned, surely if this service is available online the call centre can also deal with them?
Or should I just cancel my 7 year realtionship with MTN and go to the very eager red or black service provider???
