Vodacom George Incompetence & Bad Customer Service

I have been a client of Vodacom for more than 15 years and EVERY time I have to upgrade, there is an issue with the phone I want. They NEVER have the one I want in stock even when it is advertised in their in-shop booklet, on posters in the shop and on the windows, and even when the incompetent staff checks the computer, find it as indeed that particular month's release. First the shop attendant at the Garden Route Mall branch said I could collect the phone on the following Monday. I went back twice that week without any joy and a week posted a comment on Facebook and Nicole Naudt emailed me and said: "I have liaised with our Procurement department; stock is available from the 28th October" now this phone was advertised a month earlier, and a 2nd email from Sharif Stegman explaining why I was told a about the stock. Today, after 3 weeks, I went back to the Courtney street branch to inquire about the phone and who is handling my order. The response, I quote: " It was not me it was you, no she never spoke to me it was her, no it was not me but the order manager knows about you". I asked what I was to do and her response was: " I don't know what to do now". I have o words!
