Vodacom

The worst treatment by Khuathala at Customer Services.
I called after I received number out msgs that. Vodacom 0821959 was dispatching my upgrade which I never requested since I'm leaving the country.
When I called this lady was so unwilling to help me, she simply brushed me off saying she sent an email to the upgrade dispatch dpt saying they must not dispatch the phone i never asked for.

Other then that she told me I must get an affidavit from police saying I never asked for the upgrade, whilst I am immigrating to another country & have no time to delay my departure.

I expect more from you Vodacom as I have been a long standing client, this matter has been handled very poorly
