After posting previously that I was unable to cancel my contract due to limitations imposed on giving notice, I waited until the 17-10-2013 (The date given to me on the phone previously) and tried to call in again.
Their answer to my previous complaint:
According to our records the termination date on the contract is the 16-11-2013 we will require a 30 days.

In the last 2 weeks I have called over 40 times and only reached a consultant on 10 occasions. They simply take my details to pull up my account and tell me that I am able to cancel my account - I already know this - and then they transfer me to cancellations. Every time I am transferred, there is no answer for 20min or the line drops - AND I AM TOLD MTN DOES NOT HAVE A DIRECT LINE FOR THIS DEPARTMENT.
I have escalated this to supervisors and managers who have even made notes on my account. BUT I HAVE YET TO SPEAK TO CANCELLATIONS.
