I have been trying to cancel my account via the call centre for the last 2 months.
I gave written confirmation of my desire to cancel my contract exactly a month before it was due to expire and nothing happened.
I called the call centre numerous times and every time they say they will put me though to cancellations and then I wait for hours listening to the same 30 second jingle playing over and over. Then I hang up an call the call centre again and complain about nobody answering the cancellations number and then what happens, they put me though to cancellations again.
I have asked the call centre operators to see if they could get though and they were also unable.
They left 3 requests for the cancellations department to contact me and so far nothing.
The reason I want to cancel my contract was due to poor service, but now the service is so poor that I can't get it cancelled due to poor service.
