Vodacom do not answer their line: cancellations

I am trying to cancel my contract. I held on the phone for 30 minutes and no one picked up. This isn't the first time I've tried to contact this department. Very frustrating. I've sent an email with the above complaint and no one has responded. To date no one has contacted me, and my contract hasn't been canceled.
