For the past 2 years the signal in Salt Rock has been very bad at times. I must say I'm amazed and very impressed at the prompt response and fixing of the problem. After the last time I complained the signal has improved a lot but it's very very slow and because of this we are unable to use all our data for the month. And now it's going to expire tomorrow. This is not the first time this has happened. I have repeatedly asked for compensation but have never had any. I thought the new Consumer Act states that anything you buy as a consumer cannot expire??? The latest Vodacom advert ststes that they have the fastest network???
