Upgrade

Hi my name is Douglas I have put in a upgrade telephonic with Virgin Mobile they upgrade me and said I would receive my phone in 5 - 7 working days, well it is almost 5 weeks now and after asking them to contact me on my cell phone number I have with them they tried contacting me on different numbers. We rectified contact details and now I am still waiting for a reply from them and in the mean while they tell me a different story every time. So I just want to say it is really service and can't believe they put people in the client service if they don't deliver client service!
